Blissy customer service does not answer the phone, 3 minutes on hold a voice mail comes on leave a message. I order pillow cases and they charge my credit card and have not shipped the product. They have violated their merchant agreement. I believe they are a reseller and they take your money and order the pillow case from another company. SCAM.

I placed an order on Nov 29 and it has not yet arrived. The order does not indicate a delivery date, only that it has been en route for a month. Using the delivery tracking numbers, i had to call 3 different places for them to say that i need to contact Blissy. There isn’t a telephone number for Blissy, only email. When contacted Blissy via email - they stated the obvious information that the order has been placed and en route with no estimated delivery time. Blissy has NO ISSUE TAKING YOUR MONEY but has issues on delivering the product and basic communication. In a world where we have options, i trusted this company based on the brand however i was beyond disappointed in the communication and yet to actually receive the product. Will never recommend to anyone or order from them again!

Extremely poor service, order made in plenty of time for Christmas delivery, order not dispatched for weeks only response from Blissy was to blame COVID/courier when it was the time taken to dispatch that caused the problem. Don’t bother with customer service.

My wife is delighted with the product, which makes Blissy's marketing frustrating. Why damage a reputation by not getting your sales properly organised? You will be charged UK customs on top of any order, which was £11.01 (£8 Post Office fee). Which is a good % uplift. So the website appears to be selling in £ from UK buts its not. I'll thoroughly recommend silk pillowcases, just tell people to avoid Blissy.

Shipping is incredibly slow and customer service is horrendous. It’s impossible to get anything other than a scripted answer and they will not try to help you in anyway. I ordered on the 29th of November and the website stated that international delivery date cut off was the 1st of December so I thought I was safe. It’s now been stuck in some depot in California since the 6th of December so any chance of it arriving in Ireland before Christmas is now at zero. They customer service people have repeatedly blamed corona virus for the delay despite their carrier being perfectly capable of delivering other packages that I have ordered! They will apologize for the inconvenience but not for their poor service. I will not order from this company again.

IT DID NOT SHOW THE FINAL ORDER INFORMATION UNTIL I CLICKED ORDER. THEN IT FLASHED UP THAT I HAD ORDERED 4(FOUR) THAT IS A LIE I ORDERED 1(ONE) BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Firstly, this is a review of Blissy's shipping and customer service only. In short: Shipping is extremely poor. Customer service is non-existent. Never Again. I have yet to receive the product so I can't rate it. However, based on the above two vectors of consumer experience I will never purchase from them again and I recommend you don't either. I do have other silk pillow cases and they're great so I do highly recommend a silk pillow case for a better night's sleep. As to what is special about Blissy, I couldn't say as I did no research on it. It wasn't for me. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mum. It won't be as it will not arrive before Christmas, unnecessarily and in contravention of their advertising in my opinion. Personally I would never have purchased a product that was going to take a month to get from California to British Columbia, but again, it was gift. I ordered mine (for my mum) on Nov 28th. Blissy's website stated that for international shipments (e.g. U.S. to Can) orders were not guaranteed to arrive before Dec. 25th if received after Dec. 1. "Lucky me" I thought "It should definitely arrive before xmas" And the days passed... I finally rec'd the shipping notification 11 days later on Dec. 9th. I can't think of a reasonable explanation for that, but lets assume there is one. It's still pretty bad in relation to all other delivery experiences I've had during our "Covid Christmas". In addition, the shipping notification did not include the name of the shipping company. "Here's your tracking number, now go search the internet to find out who is bringing it to you so you can actually track it." Idi0ts. And no, before you ask, the tracking number included in the email was not a hyperlink to the shipping company. I have tried to contact the company on three separate occasions (vie email and telephone) looking for clarification with no response. Supposedly it will arrive before Jan 5. I have no clue as to why it took from Dec 11th to the 16th to leave California or why it will take another two weeks to travel the 1000 miles to BC. I assume they're using a lame mule for transport. With so many alternatives out there (e.g. lilysilk), why bother with this BS. Again... NEVER AGAIN

I’m thinking that there is some kind of set up against Blissy. These negative reviews don’t seem legit to me. I am a verified buyer of their pillow cases. I absolutely love them. I have had an illness for the past 9 months and I am not exaggerating when I say that since I’ve had to spend a lot of time in bed, they have helped my time being confined in bed. I do zip up the cases before washing them so that they don’t get caught on anything. Would I buy Blissy products again. Oh yes!
