Pillow cases are very comfortable. Company quickly replaced one with slight tearl.

Excellent quality, prompt shipping

The customer service is very poor. They ignored my messages and didn’t answer any of my questions. It is very disappointing because I couldn’t resolve my issue or get any help from the customer service team. The pillowcases are very expensive, so I would expect customer service to match the quality and price of the product. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Sometimes it makes you not want to buy from a company anymore, simply because of the way the customer service treats its customers.

These pillow cases are definitely worthwhile. I have 10 cases now for my whole family.

I purchased a couple of the pillow cases + an eye mask. My sister also gifted me a few. This was about 3-4 years ago. (2022) I quite like them. And purchased one for a friend (2025) They do what they say. But I was very disappointed in the eye mask. A) it was a muddy dull pink while the carry bag was a clear beautiful pink. B) the elastic in the mask has gone weird & twisted. (I have rarely ever used the mask - its not a nightly thing for me.) I will still use it occasionally but wish I had. a different one. Love these pillow cases. I have been using them now for about 3-5 years.

The product is wonderful, I love it, but they suck as a franchise. They wanted a video sent in of what I love about their product and they offered a $200 gift card, so I did, but when it was done and sent in they sent back documents for release of the video, okay, but then??? 2 mo after that it got shady and they said the documents weren't legible, and wanted different things signed. I looked over them, they were fine, so questionable, I don't trust Blissy, and I never got my $200 gift card as promised. Ugh!
