The company was unresponsive and never shipped my lenses. I asked them to cancel the order after 10 weeks and they wouldn’t refund me. I had to get the credit card company involved. They always had excuses about the holidays or low stock but never a solution. Avoid them.

I've been a loyal customer of Blink Contact Lenses for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that they offer an unbeatable combination of affordability, comfort, and outstanding customer service. First and foremost, the affordability of Blink lenses is truly remarkable. As someone who's constantly on the lookout for value without compromising quality, Blink has consistently delivered lenses that not only fit my budget but also exceed my expectations in terms of clarity and durability. What truly sets Blink apart, however, is their exceptional customer service. Communication with their team is a breeze, and their responsiveness is second to none. Whenever I have a question or concern, they're quick to address it with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that my experience with Blink is nothing short of exceptional. Prices offered at Blink the Lenses cannot be competed with either. So happy I found them! All in all, if you're in the market for contact lenses that offer affordability, comfort, easy communication, quick response times, and great customer service, look no further than Blink. Trust me, once you experience the difference, you'll never shop elsewhere like me!

I’ve been waiting for weeks for my lenses. Their customer service has no phone or live chat so I have been unable to get any response other than email which comes days or even a week later. They only apologize and say it’s the manufacturer issue for the delay. Seems like I’m not the only one on here. I guess they just can’t compete with the bigger companies and it shows.

Good morning, We have checked our records and can confirm we have received no such orders from a ‘Robert Downey’ We have received only good feedback from our customers and will ensure to go over and beyond for customer satisfaction. It is disappointing to see individuals creating fraudulent Trust Pilot accounts to bring down a business. Please share your details with us to discuss further if we can do anything to rectify your unhappiness with Blink. Team Blink
Was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. I struggled finding my prescription on other sites and just found this one randomly. Worth the wait overseas (holidays didn't help) and I hope their business gets more love and support. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Excellent and helpful customer service. A small delay with USPS in delivery was really well handled by Blink The Lenses. The customer service was above and beyond, and we got the lenses in time. Thank you to Elisabeth for being a 10/10 support!
