The first set of pods did not work correctly but were promptly replaced. I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 3 because timely responses from technical support.

I still haven’t received the products and it’s been nearly a month. No one from support has reached out after I’ve reached out to find out where my order is.

I am working as a neurological physical therapist and i use Blazepod a lot in my practice. It's making the session fun and engaging for my patients.

Istructions impossible tofollow. so far cannot even set it up. Poor move to have no printed directions

I am very excited about the product. The instructions in the app (I didn’t see them anywhere else) are a little vague, So I an relegated to learning by braille or You Tube…perhaps this tags me as an old fart…
