I received only part of my almost $600 Blazepod order. Our athletic family was never able to try the product. The poor rating reflects after purchase support or lack there of. After too much time wasted on pointless communication on how to rectify this situation and consistently getting gaslit by company reps - I ended up sending my incomplete order back to them. Thankfully I received a full refund but even that seemed unnecessarily drawn out. Do better for your customers!

Quick and easy. Product is excellent!

I ordered 6 before Christmas. I Put them on charger today and looks like the charger is not working or the blazepods are defected. I don't know I'll contact costumer service

The product arrived in good shape. I did have to resync the pods for them all to be read by the app. I am a little confused on the limited use of exercise workouts for the money we invested. Do we have full access to the entire Blazepod library or just limited use of a few exercises and are expected to buy the monthly subscrition. I feel for costs consumers would have a couple months of unlimited use of all accessible programs in the app not have them locked out - i.e. - 90 day trial or something unlimited access.

We have used blaze pods for about a year and love them. We decided to get more to have 1 set upstairs, and 1 set downstairs, but so far this has only caused more issues as you can not link sets to a location or diffferent set names. This is very limiting as we have ultiple practitioners who would like to use the pods at the same time but can not.
