These pods are the perfect add to my rehabilitation following a knee surgery, and to maintain my form throughout time. As I quickly find repetitive exercises boring, the pods help structure the exercises and keep motivation. Also my kids LOVE that we do some games with them so the hole family is enjoying it. And the client service is super friendly and quick to help.
