BLAZE is a cannabis retail technology platform built specifically for licensed dispensaries and delivery services, serving operators across the US and Canada. It's designed to handle what generic retail software can't: seed-to-sale compliance, METRC integration, and the day-to-day complexity of running a cannabis storefront. BLAZE built their whole stack — point-of-sale, e-commerce, delivery, payments, marketing, and now AI — around what dispensary operators actually need to run their business.BLAZE isn't a single tool — it's a connected suite that runs the entire dispensary operation. BLAZE Retail anchors the stack as a compliance-first POS, paired with BLAZE ECOM for online ordering and BLAZE Sites, a dispensary website builder built to convert. BLAZE Apps puts the same experience in customers' pockets, while BLAZE Kiosk — including the Self Check-In Kiosk — speeds up in-store service and unlocks private, in-person loyalty enrollment through the Customer Facing Display, one of BLAZE's clearest differentiators. BLAZE Delivery manages last-mile logistics, and BLAZEPAY brings compliant ACH processing to an industry still starved for reliable payment options. On the engagement side, BLAZE Growth unifies marketing and loyalty — including BLAZE Wallet Passes for Google Wallet and Apple Wallet — while BLAZE Outreach handles customer communication across SMS/MMS, email, push, and wallet notifications. Together, these products let a dispensary run its front counter, its website, its delivery fleet, and its marketing from one system instead of stitching together a dozen point solutions. That breadth comes from years in the trenches with real operators — from single-location shops to multi-state chains — solving the specific problems cannabis retailers face: shifting compliance requirements, banking restrictions, and a customer base that expects the same seamless experience they get from any other retailer. AI is increasingly core to the BLAZE platform. HERBIE, BLAZE's AI Bud

When we switch from this platform, it will be because tech support has failed at nearly every step of our process. From being nonresponsive on our OPENING DAY, to being factually incorrect and defensive in their wrongness. The platform is fine when it's working. If anything goes wrong, and it will, it's a complicated system with a lot to stitch together, they are nowhere to be seen. Thank goodness for LLMs, because that is how I've made any of this work.
