They do not know how to manage…
**Disappointing Experience – Unreliable Inventory Management and Serious Concerns About the Holiday Season** Blanka seriously needs to improve its inventory management. This is already the second time in a short period that we have experienced issues with products being listed as available when they are actually out of stock. Just yesterday, we received a customer order for a product that continued to show as available in Blanka's system until this evening. Only later did we receive an email informing us that the order could not be fulfilled because the product was out of stock. How is a business supposed to operate successfully under these conditions? We invest significant amounts of time, money, and effort into marketing products, attracting customers, and building trust in our brand. When customers place orders based on inaccurate inventory information, it is our business that suffers the consequences. Our customers do not see Blanka's inventory problems — they see our brand failing to deliver. And this raises an even bigger concern: **What is going to happen during the upcoming holiday shopping season, when order volumes increase and customers expect timely delivery?** If Blanka cannot maintain accurate inventory information now, how can we trust its ability to handle the busiest shopping season of the year? Before paying the membership fees, Blanka makes plenty of promises about helping businesses grow and succeed. However, once you start using the service, the reality seems very different. We are investing our own money, time, and resources to build a legitimate business. We cannot afford to lose customers, damage our reputation, or waste advertising dollars because of inventory issues that should be preventable. **A reliable supplier should support business growth, not create additional problems and financial risks for the businesses that depend on it. At this point, I am seriously questioning whether Blanka is a dependable partner for a growing beauty brand.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating and concerning it can be to have a product become unavailable after your customer has already placed an order, especially when you've invested time and money into marketing and building trust in your brand. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused your business. While we strive to make products available again as quickly as possible, occasional stock shortages are unfortunately inevitable, and we recognize how important accurate inventory information and reliable fulfillment are to your business. To help minimize the impact of these situations, Blanka offers a convenient inventory purchasing option for our paying members. You can purchase inventory for the products you offer your customers and have it stored at our warehouse, ready to be fulfilled as orders come in. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement, meaning you can purchase as little or as much inventory as you need. This allows you to maintain a buffer of your best-selling products, reduce your reliance on ongoing stock availability, and better prepare for periods of increased demand, such as the holiday shopping season. We understand that this option may not eliminate every inventory concern, but we hope it provides a practical way to maintain greater control over the availability of your most popular products and avoid disruptions to your customers' experience.
