Hi D. Palmer. We've checked your order number. Your order is en route. We also noticed that you did not contact customer support via email [email protected] or call or text the support number 646-444-2086 Your tracking number was sent to you previously. If you had contacted either reference, we would've been happy to assist you. Despite your remarks you will still be receiving your order.

Hi Keeana, Thank you for the transparency about your delivery experience! Every day we strive to provide our customers with access to quality Black Owned Brands. We've established tried & proven protocols and invested in the best business solutions to protect customer orders. All customers have access to the resource center located on the homepage. This page offers the most up-to-date information on shipping, refunds, and more. ***Please Read Our Claim Response & Resolution Below*** [Claim Response] You placed an order on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 8:16 pm The customer FAQ and shipping policy clearly states: - Orders placed after 5:00 pm ET are processed on the following business day - Orders are shipped up to 1 day after being processed - Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Federal Holidays *Labor Day was observed on Monday 9/5 this year. Your order consisted of mulitple heavy items - Out of an abundance of caution your orders were sent out on the same day in two seperate packaging - One out of the two shipments appears to have arrived within the appropriate time frame - The other shippment was just recently reported "lost in transit" by our carrier partner You sent your delivery concerns via text message Per the Customer Resource Center and the FAQ's: - Customer claims should be sent via email at [email protected] - Customer claims can also be submitted via form as an alternative - Package protection offers free replacement of your order *We did "not" recieve an email or form submission from you. *We do not offer refunds on shipping rates (This is industry standard). *Your order was covered with package protection. You were elegible to recieve a new order had you filed the claim with package protection. [Resolution] - We have re-shipped the items within your order that were "lost in transit" via carrier. - An automatic discount for free express shipping is availble for your next purchase. - Please email [email protected] for further consumer inquires Once again we appreciate your transparency and sincerely hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you. If not, we hope that you continue to support Black Owned businesses. Thank you for your patronage, Black Owned 365 Customer Support Team
