BJ's RestaurantsReviews of bjsrestaurants.com

I came into BJ’s with a friend a couple weeks ago for the first time and we sat at the bar for happy hour. The service was horrible. The pizza was good but it didn’t have enough sauce. The bartender bought me more sauce, but it came out cold. He was in a hurry to leave And didn’t give us good service. I came in today and I met Denise. She smiled and welcomed me and told me my carryout will be ready shortly. We had a really nice conversation and I appreciate her talking to me while I was waiting. My pizza came out so amazingly good. I ordered sausage and onion and she asked me what kind of onions. I thought that was awesome. She is an asset to your restaurant. Seriously I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and Denise is definitely one of the best in biz. Thank you for having her at the front. Her smile is contagious too. I will be back because of her. Wendy Boyles.

This restaurant was awful, the food took forever to come, and it wasn't very good. The service was horrible. The two bartenders were complaining the entire time we were there. You get better service at McDonald. Don't waste your money, DON'T EAT AT BJ!

We had a group meeting of a dozen there on 6/4/23 and both the food and service were outstanding. Braden at the front desk was efficient in getting us a table, Elka's seating courtesy caught my attention, and Autumn's handling of separate checks was both patient and pleasant. I know their names only because I asked when I was impressed. My meal of a prime rib sandwich was also quite good, so I am taking the time to affirm they are doing something right. We'll be back after future meetings. Thanks.

I tried to send a complaint in the order form don’t know if they received it. So, I sent a message to them directly on facebook. The order date was today 5-26-23 being I couldn't enter in the space provided. The time ordered was approximately 7:14p.m. and delivered at 8:45p.m. The order # on the ticket is 280 describing what I ordered over the internet. The issue I reported was concerning the Strawberry Lemonade. Poorly packaged or handled. The seal wasn't broken because the cap wasn't put on securely. Anyone could open or put something into the container. I reported this to dashdoor. Showing no concern regarding the container after I informed you of the issue is disgusting. The least you could do is apologize. Apparently, you don't care about me as a customer. "UNDERSTOOD" whether you need my money are not, NO MORE ORDERS for B.J.'s. They replied thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately we are unable to provide compensation for this request. Search for BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse on facebook I'm sharing what was sent to me by notification after I contacted them. They replied thru messenger. Thank you, Phyllis. We have passed along your information to the relevant team and they will be in touch. We greatly appreciate your patience! I still haven't received any contact after giving them my email address.

A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO WE ATE AT THE BJs RESTAURANT IN NEW BRAUNFELS TX. OUR SERVER ROBERT M. (#274) WAS ONE OF THE BEST SERVERS WE HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE. HE WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR. THE FOOD WAS ALSO GREAT. THANK YOU ROBERT

I went there today for Lunch and had the worse service ever, the waitress took all the Orders around us and then come over to use and I said to here are all those orders going in before us and she said yes when we were there before the others tables so I didnt Order because I was on my Lunch Break and it took the whole hour before the food arrived. and the Manager did absolute nothing . POOR POOR Customer Services. Maybe it was the color of my skin

BJ's service was excellent. Wide variety menu options. Generous portions. Good value for price of items. Great Bar and Delicious Deserts. Very Courteous and Knowledgeable Staff
