BitSky is my go to place I love playing all their games. I love the multiple choices and variety of the games that they offer the games played smoothly. They are actually free from a lot of technical issues or glitches. I love the customer support because they answer in a very prompt manner, and they answer your questions and if they don’t know the answers, they will do their best to get the answers that you’re needing, and they will follow through with what they say BitSky is my go to place and I recommending to anyone who loves to play slot games, fish tables, blackjack, poker, or anything It’s a place that I recommend highly. It is my number one top gaming platform. I love the Customer Support and what they do and how they show that you’re a part of their family not just a player but family and I give a five star if I could give higher I would but this place here makes you feel welcome, accepted and full of life and with no worries so you’re able to sit back no matter where you are iif in your living room you’re bedroom in the bathtub or traveling you can be assured bitsky is the go to place for winning great big wins redeeming fast and great great service and I’m not just saying that it takes a lot for me to say what I have to say about any vendors or platforms, but they got my approval because this is not my first time and it surely will not be my last at BitSky Monica Trantham

I have deposited a good chunk of change here and gotten absolutely nothing in return. Laggy gameplay no rake back. I would give a zero but you can't.

Hi Derek, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear your experience. We looked into your account and gameplay history in detail and shared relevant screenshots with you, along with a request for any specific round you'd like us to review further, so we can look into the exact issue you experienced. We also noticed you had some connection issues during play. We'd genuinely like to understand more about what happened on your end, whether it was lag, a specific round, or something else, so we can look into it properly. Please feel free to reply here or reach out to our support team directly with any further details, and we'll be happy to assist. Thanks again for the honest feedback, it helps us keep improving the experience for everyone. - The Bitsky Team 💜
This company solicits positive trustpilot reviews by offering expedited redeem quests. This company would not honor my rightfully earned redeem. They claimed I had "abused" promotions when all I did was play the games as I was allowed to on the site. Then when I played through the balance again doing "non abusive" play, they told me I needed to hit 2x my purchase balance to be eligible for a redemption, including a redemption that was already processed (I still haven't gotten it btw). Imagine going to a casino, buying chips, then them telling you you needed to win 3x your balance back to cash out. Ridiculous. This was also not in the ToS when I originally purchased, or I would have never touched this site. They were trying to rug a winner, plain and simple. Don't play here when there are dozens of reputable alternatives that don't pull moving-the-goalpost BS when you win fair and square. update: they did honor the pending redemption at least.

Hi Pete, Thanks for sharing this update. We understand how frustrating this can feel, especially with a redemption on the line. In this case, the account activity was reviewed under our promotional usage and fair play policies, as outlined in our sweepstakes rules. When certain play patterns are flagged during that review, it can affect redemption timing and eligibility. We can confirm your redemption has been completed. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our support team, available 24/7 to assist you. - The Bitsky Team 💜
