I've used dozens of wallets and this is so bad, it's completely unusable! You can only load it from an exchange or from a credit card (which means if you already have another wallet - you can't move crypto from it to this one!). Why are we STILL forced to go to a ?!@# exchange to move from wallet to wallet? WHY?!?

* Outrageous requirement for the full passport/ID scan and full KYC even for the small payments * Adds $5+ on top of requested amount, payable by the user * Misinforms about Bitcoin network fees and tricks user into overpaying

Large scale scam, bitpay manipulates you, never send you your money, if you have set your wallet to receive your money in cryptocurrency, they tell you at the last moment that you have to change to return your money in fiat currencies to your Bank account, because they do not respect the market prices of the currency, then this company continues to buy time, to procrastinate, you talk anything to never send your money back to you, even in your bank account you will not see Never a transfer, they let it be known that the company suffered a hacking attack 2 years ago, they had thousands of euros stolen, the insurance companies had to reimburse them, but I think they had problems , this is the reason why this company wants at all costs to recover all that it has lost while stealing from you, I want to clarify that the SEC will soon be dismantling this organization of scammers

Been using BitPay as a company for several years, but during the period service worsen dramatically. BitPay removed many features like hardware wallet support, transfer to BTC address directly, overpayment/underpayment control. Last drop was when they on 2021 Jan 6th started to ask PASSPORT when customer wants to do the payment. It's ridiculous. Impossible to use.

De lo peor que he utilizado, el sistema no me validó la operación por retrasos de la red de Bitcoin para confirmar el pago y después la odisea con el equipo de soporte para que reintegraran del cual perdí las comisiones
