I subscribed for a 1- month plan on bitesy only to be deducted another 60 dollars without my authorisation. There's no transparency in their financial dealings with customers. They are very shady in their deals

Hi I subscribed to this app in the month of Apr’26 and then I found it was not very useful for me and Unsubscribe in next few days. However, I was charged for 3 months suddenly in the month of July’26. I have not used any lessons and did not go through any videos. This is completely unacceptable. I have already sent an email to bitesy. However, no response from them.

I was robbed off. I paid for only a month only to realise that the had repeatedly deducted me three times amount to over 320 USD. I immediately unsubscribed and sent the company notifications that I was no longer interested and that I needed a refund. I have not received any feedback to that effect. I am just very said. I need my money back. Can someone talk to.me

Extremely disappointing experience. I paid for the service but never received anything in return. There was no order confirmation, no invoice, no login credentials, no instructions on how to access the platform, and no follow-up email despite providing my email address. When I contacted customer support, instead of resolving the issue or explaining why the service had not been delivered, they offered only a 50% refund, even though I received absolutely nothing. A company should not charge customers without providing the purchased service. I expected transparency, proper communication, and a full refund for a service that was never delivered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this application.

I subscribed to the two-month plan on 18 July and successfully completed the payment. However, I was subsequently debited for both AI Chat and EN Phrases in addition to the subscription fee. Despite these charges, I have been unable to use the service. Every attempt to activate my subscription results in an error message stating that the activation code is incorrect. I have contacted your support team multiple times via email, but the responses have been delayed and have not provided any meaningful resolution to the issue. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Having paid for a service that remains inaccessible, coupled with the lack of effective customer support, has undermined my confidence in your platform. I kindly request that this matter be resolved immediately by either activating my subscription without further delay or issuing a full refund. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to consider the entire transaction unreliable and pursue the appropriate channels for redress.

When I first saw this app on social media, it looked like a great platform for learning, improving communication skills, building confidence for discussions, and preparing for official presentations. But after purchasing the subscription, I realized that it did not fully meet my expectations. One of the main features I wanted—the AI Tutor—requires an additional subscription, which was not clearly communicated before payment. Another disappointing experience was that the app saved my credit card details and automatically renewed the subscription without adequate notice. Overall, I found the pricing and subscription model misleading, and my experience with the app was not satisfactory.

I purchased an English course from Bitesy by mistake. I believed I was selecting only the US$29 option, but additional charges were added during the purchase process in a way that was not clear or transparent. As soon as I noticed the total amount charged, I contacted the company immediately — within the same minute — to cancel the purchase and request a full refund. I did not access the course, watch any lessons, log into the platform, or use any part of the service. Despite the fact that I requested the cancellation immediately and had not used the product at all, the company initially refused to provide a full refund and offered to return only 50% of the amount charged. I did not accept this because the purchase had been made by mistake and the cancellation request was sent immediately. After several emails and repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the company finally agreed to issue the full refund. They informed me in writing that the refund would be processed and that I should receive the money within 8 to 10 business days. However, the promised deadline passed and no refund was received. Since then, I have sent several additional emails asking for an update and requesting proof that the refund was actually processed. The company has completely stopped responding. They have ignored all my messages, provided no refund confirmation and have not returned the money they explicitly agreed to reimburse. I have screenshots, emails and payment records proving that I requested the cancellation immediately, that I never used the service and that the company agreed in writing to provide the full refund. This company’s behaviour has been extremely dishonest, unethical and disrespectful. They took my money, promised to refund it and then disappeared without fulfilling their commitment or responding to any further communication. I consider this an abusive and misleading business practice. I am requesting the immediate refund of the full amount charged, along with written confirmation and proof that the refund has been processed.

I have requested the refund, never got an answer - they charged me for 6 months and lifetime access, I thought if I pay the lifetime, they won't charge the six months. It is all very shady and no transparency. I haven't gotten any answer for days now. I will be filling a fraud at my bank if this last shoutout doesn't produce any result. There is also a problem with trying to access the app, wrote about it as well, no response. Very bad business. Add: I provided extra info thry requested here, 5 days ago. Surprise, surprise, no answer again.
