Transferred 50 eur to an account. The trader never confirmed the transaction for over 2 weeks, while the transaction should arrive in seconds. You can ask a mediator, but they do next to nothing, and after a week they leave the dispute, no feedback, no resolution, nothing. It's an outright scam.

Ok I've read the terrible reviews here. I've been using bisq for ay least 5 years now. The only issues I have had have been sometimes the chain takes a while or new updates slow it down. In general it's very good as it's direct peer to peer trading. My bank won't accept trading platforms like Coinbase or Bitpay but because Bisq is peer to peer direct payments they have no idea which transactions are related to BTC at all. I give Bisq 4.5/5 and definitely recommend it to my friends

Im certain the Arbitrators and Mediators following some type of scam scheme. The system is build the way those people can fill their own pockets! Do not trade on this platform!

Bisq is not a company - it's simply a network of users who trade with each other using software. Many reviews here are pretty clueless about that and others obviously did not follow the trading rules otherwise they would not have lost money. It's very secure - you don't have to release bitcoin until they pay! There is much less trading going on and sellers generally ask more because it is much more private. There is a help forum available but you have to look around to find it. You also need a little bit of bitcoin to get started to put up as a security deposit for your trades. Definitely start small and build up confidence.
