I had high hopes for receiving 100 cds that actually played, but 13 of them didn't work and many others didn't start at the beginning of track one. I called them (sometime in December) to express my dissatisfaction and the woman who I spoke with said she would make it right by re-doing the order (probably just to appease me in the moment) but I received nothing and never heard from them again. Not a good way do business.

Bison Disc does nice work, however if you get the sales Rep. Sandi then run for the hills. She will give you a quote for one amount, get you all happy on your quote, you'll make payment on that quote, then she'll come back to you several times more asking for MO Money. Guess what, the original amount you were quoted, just went out the window. I was so stressed with my order that I can tell you I wished I had chosen another company. I should have checked the web for complaints before I hit that pay button. Then I would have seen the 2 other complaints about service & delivery/products. Once you get the items you need ordered, you pay for them, you hope to relax knowing that's done and can move on to the next thing u need to do. Wrong, my order went on for 4 days before it finally got put into production. It seems their system was glitching out and they couldn't find payment, yet I emailed my confirmation of payment to them. I'd recommend Bison changing out one of their customer reps, that is if they want to continue to get job orders. There's nothing worse when they think the "customer's not always right". Good Luck Bison, Sorry to say I'm taking my biz elsewhere, bad word of mouth is just as important as good. It helps weed out the trouble makers.

Everything was very robotic. The rep was very short and vague with my questions. Some of the things i asked for were over looked and caused problems later on. The only good thing was when i asked for my money back, they offered to waive the fee for creating a new master disc. They never sent my original master disc back to me. They sent me the wrong artwork proofs... TWICE. In the end i just told them to finish it because it was already past my CD release show date. I just wanted to get it over with. I'm going with my friends advice and using DISC MAKERS from now on.

I'll rate 2 stars and 5 stripes . It seems like most times when i called, I felt this coldness. And I thought it was bad the way for any small change there was an additional fee.

I received the wrong color CD covers and when I wanted them fixed, I received poor customer service and even had to pay for the redone covers myself.

I ordered the discs with the shrink-wrapping. The wrapping was terrible. Most were not properly sealed; others were sealed but had holes from too much heat. I had to buy sealing material and seal almost every one of them myself. I would never buy from Bison again for this reason. However, the printing and audio recording regarding the discs was fine. Sorry for the bad review but it was very frustrating.

I only ordered 100 disks but they all seem to have dead air or a skip at the start of every song.. I have no idea on how to rectify this problem I have only sold or given away a handful of cds. other than that you guys were timely with my order but I have doughts on using your services again.
