Birdy GreyReviews of birdygrey.com

I love how fast it arrived. The fitment was perfect. I only had to do a minor adjustments. The quality is very excellent.

I haven’t received my package. It said it was delivered, but it wasn’t.

Despite delivery issues my package arrived on schedule!

The fabrics and colors were beautiful! It made me happy to be able to have the samples in person to see if they compliment our wedding idea along with if my bridesmaids would go well with the colors I chose, and if they like the fabric. Birdy Grey really did surprise me with another fabric choice of one of the samples I chose which I enjoyed and ended up choosing, they also gave me a color sample choices for the groom! It helped a lot because we were able to pair which color suit for our groomsmen that would match the color for our bridesmaids. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and the effort.

You need to make your returns policy more clearly .

I had to get in touch with customer service a couple times due to circumstances out of their control and every time I talked to someone they were helpful and understanding.

Amazing dresses! All my bridesmaids wore the Cabernet color dress in either matte satin or velvet for my fall wedding. They all looked amazing! My husband and his groomsmen wore the tan suit which also looked amazing and his groomswomen wore a chiffon dress in neutral champagne (which was a very close match to the tan suit). The colors together really popped. Accessories such as shoes, ties, and pocket squares were also all bought from Birdy Grey as well. Only thing I say is order way ahead of when you’re going to need it to make sure you’ll have it in time as stuff goes out of stock quickly and may have a long turn around time.

I am the Matron of honor in a wedding and I had so many issues(none of which were Birdy Grey’s fault). First, my package was stolen and Birdy Grey replaced it and expedited the rush and shipping at no extra cost to me. This was resulted in me needing to pick a new dress because the original that I ordered was out of stock, but Ana from the support team was super helpful correcting this entire issue, from the stolen package to picking a new dress and getting it to me in less than a week! The next issue I had was the replacement dress was a little too small for me and from another call to the support team, I was able to return the dress and get a refund. Then I ordered a new dress in a size up and the support team provided me a discount code to cover the expedited shipping and rush fee! The entire support team was super helpful and I would HIGHLY recommend Birdy Grey to any Bride looking for dresses for her wedding party!
