Dear Erica Molacek, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that the item you selected at checkout was a T-shirt, not a polo shirt. It seems there may have been some confusion, as the product page includes multiple style options. We understand how this mix-up could happen and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that your order was fulfilled correctly and delivered within the expected timeline. Our support team will reach out to you shortly to offer a replacement option and a discount for the replacement order as a gesture of goodwill. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] — we’ll be happy to assist.
