Thank you for your feedback. You can always email support if you have any issues with the course. I have looked into your training records, and the reason your certificate has not launched is because you have not completed the final assessment. You must log in and click on the link for the final assessment and complete the assessment with a score of 80% or better to earn the certificate. You will also be issued a digital badge once you have completed your training.
