We sincerely apologize for the frustration and understand why seeing a shipping charge at checkout after previously seeing our free worldwide shipping messaging would be disappointing. Our previous advertising was accurate, as orders placed through Bionatal Germany were eligible for free international shipping at that time. Unfortunately, changes in shipping, import, and operating costs have since required our German team to introduce shipping charges for certain orders. Some qualifying orders through bionatal.de continue to receive free international shipping, and shipping from our German store remains significantly less costly for European customers than international shipping from our U.S. store. We apologize for any outdated messaging that may have caused confusion. We would be glad to review your intended order and help clarify the available shipping options. Hi Fabiano, we understand it is frustrating to wait for an international order. However, we want to be transparent about the process: once a package leaves our facility and enters international transit, delivery times are subject to local postal speeds and customs clearances. Our records show that we have provided the necessary steps to contact your local post office, which is currently holding the shipment. Because the package is still in transit and available for pickup/redelivery, we cannot issue a refund at this time. We remain ready to assist you once those local steps have been taken.
