Jay from biogenix just gave me a call. And explained to me. Why the bottle was empty
By Dominique C.
Response from BioGenix | BGX Research· Apr 19, 2026
Hi Dominique, Thank you for taking our call and giving us the opportunity to explain. Sometimes researchers who are new to peptides think the vial is empty, when in reality it contains lyophilized powder in the form of a "cake" that can be difficult to see at first glance, especially if you weren't expecting it in this state. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Because you gave us the chance to clarify, we are also going to send out a complimentary vial of bacteriostatic water so you can begin your first research project the right way. Thank you again for your support. Jay BioGenix Peptides

Listed several peps for purchase then ran into small issue with my credit card. Since the products were priced right I didn’t want to walk away from the purchase. When I called the contact phone number after hours on a Sunday to my surprise I was able to get the issue ironed out. Very happy with the customer support I received. Peps were delivered fast. I highly recommend this company and plan to reorder in the future.

Thank you so much, Harry. I remember spending some time with you on the phone and I am really glad we were able to get everything sorted out. We know payment issues can be frustrating, especially on a Sunday evening, so I am happy we could help. We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. Support like this means a lot to us and reminds us why we work so hard to be available when our customers need us most. We look forward to helping you again in the future. Warm Regards, Jay
