I used 10 containers of Biocide in a rental house. Strong odors described as a roach smell by pest control. No pets. No smoking. No mold. No exotic cooking. Biocide did NOT change the odors at all. I placed a container in every room and folllowed the directions carefully. I hope I can get my money back.

A small product with big impact - seems to do the job as promised.

One treatment of Biocide for car interiors eliminated the smoke odors in an 11 year old SUV owned by a heavy smoker! I strongly recommend this for ANY car interior odors. I wish I had known about it when we had spoiled milk odors in the minivan with three toddlers spilling things everywhere.

My moms hot water tank broke and flooded her basement. After being dried out, I used a total of 12 room shocker's in a 1500 square foot area. Unfortunately the smell is still in her basement. It seemed like it was going to work in the beginning but failed to do so. Very unhappy considering the price of a room shocker and lack of success with it.

I have a portable building that I use as a photography studio. The building remains closed for months at a time without ventilation. It has a strong smell because of this. There are no leaks or mold in the building. The smell is due to lack of frequent ventilation. This product did not help or change the odor at all. I will be checking in to a refund.

I followed every single step precisely, left in car (closed up in garage) for 26 hours, even did their "tips" at the end. The cigarette smell from previous owner is reduced some, but far from gone. Very disappointing.

It works. I will use it again. My roommate worked for a company that cleaned up crime scenes and he would recommend it too.
