Second time I've done a map update on my 2011 X5. This time I used their USB sticks and it was was fast (40 minutes) and easy...just plug in the next stick when prompted. I've used other vendors for other vehicles and Bimmer America's product is far superior.

USB navigation map update arrived quickly, installed without a hitch in about 40 minutes, and was returned in the prepaid envelope the same day. Enjoying the improved routing afforded by having an updated map.

I had a few questions along the way, and their support was excellent … responses to my emails were within a couple of hours or less, even on a weekend (yesterday I had a response in less than 5 minutes).
