Hi Floyd, Thank you for your feedback! I try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but generally we ship orders within 2 business days (at the present moment - we are in the process of moving with inventory in multiple locations. Once we complete the move in a few months, we should be able to ship out items quicker). Your order was placed on a Friday, before a 3 day weekend, so it didn't go out until Tuesday. The shipping option selected was our Free Shipping option, which can take 3-7 business days as noted during the checkout process. In addition, with us being on the east coast and you being on the west coast, it takes a little bit longer for orders to get to their destination. With that said, you received your order within 5 business days. I completely understand how exciting it is to get a new cue/accessory. I'll work harder on getting orders fulfilled faster! I appreciate your constructive criticism. :)

Hi Charles, On behalf of USPS, we apologize for the delay; unfortunately, they are under heavy demand with COVID, and one of their distribution centers had a roof collapse after Hurricane Ida passed through NJ. We do have an announcement/warning regarding USPS experiencing delays that is displayed upon checkout, as well as other carriers. Please note that you requested USPS Priority Mail as opposed to one day shipping as your review states. As also stated in our checkout warning, no carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) guarantees any delivery times at this point. It is as frustrating for us as it is for you, especially since we shipped your item the next day, and it should have been delivered promptly as opposed to taking the scenic route. :( We sincerely hope that carriers are able to recover from the pandemic and others situations that cause delays for our customers. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience on behalf of USPS.

Hi Patrick, We don't offer discounts beyond what is on our site. We also sent you an email a few days ago regarding the missing items. According to our video, the items were packaged. Were you able to check in the other end of the box and unwrap the neck gaiter? The joint protectors would have been in there if not already installed. Reach out if you can't find them. Thanks!

Hi Danielle, I'm sorry your shipment arrived late. As you can see from your tracking number, we shipped it the next business day since your order was placed after close of business. According to our records, you selected UPS Ground, which may be the reason your order didn't arrive within 3 days. In addition, all carriers have been experiencing shipping delays due to the pandemic. They don't even guarantee their 1 and 2 day services! :( Once again, I apologize for the delay in delivery on UPS' behalf, and thank you for your feedback!
