Easy to do business with good Price's!

I bought the Ram Gameroom Products Billiard History 3 Dimensional Sign for my Brother in law for Christmas. When it arrived there was a chip in the glass cover. I took a couple of pics and sent them off to customer service asking for a new glass cover. I heard back from Mark Gehrke Director of Operations, And he let me know that the glass wasn't available, and he was sending me a new unit. When I asked how I was supposed to send back the original sign, he told me to keep it. Now I have a sign in my man cave too, now I just have to talk my wife into letting me buy a pool table to go along with it. Hopefully you'll be hearing from me soon. So all in all Mark and his team took a disappointing situation and turned it around into a great experience! thank you for the help.

The package was damaged from the factory and they helped me and had the replacement parts sent out as soon as we called.

Items were easy to choose from at the website and were very affordable. The shipment arrived on schedule as was promised and my boyfriend was very pleased with everything, He uses them all weekly at his two leagues.
