I had a great experience recently, I had order a felt top for my pool table. Unfortunately taking the rails off I broke one rail and no longer needed the top since I was getting a new table. I had contacted Billards.com by phone in hopes of exchanging the to p for some cues. To my surprise I was told no problem and was given instructions on what to do in order to get my new items. Cue stick was shipped in good condition. When owner noticed I had given a PO BOX he called me the next day so as to assure I would have this shipped as quickly as possible. Great cue stick for the price
