I received my case the day I was suppose to receive it. The case was shipped in a very strong box and on the inside the case was wrapped in plastic to protect the case. I was completely satisfied with Billiards service. I am glad they are still companies out there that do what they will say they will do. Very much satisfied with the service I received.
