They helped with locking in a great rate. The hotel confirmed booking and made arrangements prior to arrival as well as making additional reservations. I had no problems with booking and reservation and receiving confirmation.

I have made a reservation to the Taj Exotica Resort, palm, Dubai. The hotel could not find the reservation based on the receipt provided by Billabook. It is website with incomplete contact details, my check in is today and despite mailing them there is No response. Update:- Post a lot of hassle, we were finally able to check post a lot waiting as well.

🔔 UPDATE: As confirmed by Soni from the hotel, you've successfully checked in and the reservation was in place. Dear Kairvi, Your booking is fully confirmed, and we have provided you with the hotel's reference number, which allows the hotel to locate your reservation. If you are still experiencing any issues at check-in, please reach out to us directly via email, and we will do our best to support you.
I paid for a 4 night stay at the hilton aruba, during the reservation process and payment with Billabook, all good, at the hotel everything went fine as well until the moment I had to check out, the hotel showed me a bill of $340 aprox that corresponds to local taxes and gevernment fees (??????), that was a complete surprise for me since you, Billabook, during the process of reservation and when I saw the prices per night at your web site, never enphasized and showed that on top of that price I would have to pay an extra amount due to taxes and fees, this was wrong and it is not correct, I will not recommend using Billabook GYB

Dear Gonza, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. During the booking process, as well as in your confirmation email, it is clearly stated: "Please note that rates do not include extra local fees, taxes, and charges which must be settled by the guest at the hotel." This information is provided by our suppliers and, in some cases, appears in the remarks section rather than being included in the price breakdown. To clarify, the amount you paid to Billabook included taxes, except for resort fees or mandatory local charges, which are collected directly by the hotel, regardless of where you book. We always strive to provide transparent information, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the visibility of such notices. If you need any further assistance or clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Had a great experience booking the hotel with Billabook also got the best price amongst others. Thank you
