This has got to be the worst software I have every worked with. Avoid at all costs!

All'inizio paga poi no almeno vi fosse un assistenza da errore nel withdraw

We recently moved our team away from BigTime Software to a tool that better fits our needs. We reached out to cancel our subscription within the month of our renewal, only to be told that because we didn't give a full 30-day "advance notice," we are being forced to pay for an entire year of software we no longer use. I understand the "fine print," but there is a massive difference between the letter of a contract and the spirit of a partnership. Holding a former customer hostage to a 12-month bill after they’ve explicitly stated they’ve moved on isn't a growth strategy—it’s a bridge-burner. Also, the general lack of response. I have emailed the billing team multiple times, but have received no response whatsoever.

TErrible experience. We have constant problems and the only response I can get is "we've forwarded this to engineering to take a look". The software is meant to help us invoice, yet there are constant problems with invoicing. Invoices show up as paid that are not paid- how do we make money if we can't even tell what we're owed? TERRIBLE SUPPORT. Separately, the reports suck. It's really hard to get any useful insights out of all the data we're putting in, and again, there are problems on top if it just not being useful. Really hard to get in touch with anyone, constant problems with their chat support.

Most error prone software I have ever encountered. BigTime has cost us so much money with its constant database errors that convert billable time into unbillable time. Awful support. Run far, run fast. Don't make the same mistake our CPA firm made by signing up with BigTime. So so so bad.

I have used Bigtime for several years. At the beginning they were very good and helped me understand the software. Over the last couple years as they update their software expenses that i spend a tremendous amount of time entering show up on the invoice but do not calculate into the total amount for the invoice forcing me to try to renter them manually 1 by 1 into the invoice. This has taken me hours. After doing this time and time again and again the invoice still does not calculate the expenses. I try to call bigtime but they have no phone number and will only accept AI support that literally asks me what the problem is over and over again with no help what so ever. I have waited days to have them still not get back to me following their emails and stupid AI. I have now been waiting for over 1.5 hours when they said i was 1 to 3 minute wait period. After the 1.5 hours i had to make dinner for my kids and stepped away for my computer for 3o to 45 seconds and they said i timed out. I have now been waiting an additional 30 minutes with no support. If i ran my business this way i would have no clients. And now that i have to wait for BigTime i have invoices that clients need today that i tried to send to them over a week ago. Very disappointed in bigtime software over the last 2 years and very well might switch to QuickBooks. Your loss bigtime. The funny thing is as soon as i wrote that i might switch to QuickBooks in the AI chat i received an invoice for 2 additional years from BIGTime. Lol. Glad they can send me a bill, but i cannot send mine to the clients i need to submit invoice to. Hilarious!

Implementation team was nice but there were many issues. The invoicing did not perform basic math. Payments were not deducted from the balance and the implementation team did not understand why that would be a problem. After weeks of waiting for it to be fixed, we were at our go live date and it still wasn't fixed. We ended up canceling services but wasted a ton of time and money trying to get this up and running

The onboarding process was lengthy and had many challenges to overcome. many of the processes are not user friendly especially the clock in and out process in the field. it is very complicated for the field employees. the sync agent did not work properly most of the time. The software lacked some specific needs of ours - (specifically it doesn't show the time clocked in and time clocked out on jobs it only shows total time worked). this was something we were not able to determine until many months down the road based on the slow onboarding procedures. once determined the software would not work for our needs we decided to part ways with Bigtime and requested some concession for the almost 3,000.00 we paid up front. they said their hands were tied and would not offer any refund. basically we have your money so too bad. giving this company an opportunity so sell us their product was a very expensive time waste and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
