Jake Stempel was knowledgeable, patient and had a soothing voice that exuded confidence in fixing my problem. He provided follow up instructions to aid in fixing the issue myself for next time. Very satisfied!

We spent a lot of time sorting things on spreadsheets and outdated programs. Bringing them all to BigTime has been a game changer for us. I especially love the live chat feature where Nate H. has helped me numerous times with both my super easy and more complex questions. Thank you!

Recently I met via Zoom with BigTime support staff, Andres R. to resolve an issue. Andres was very knowledgeable, patient and stayed in the call twice as long as scheduled to ensure that my issues were resolved. He followed up with me to ensure that all of my concerns were met. Great work Andres!

BigTime has a great dashboard that enables me to see multiple jobs at once and see how our hours are tracking with our budgets. And it has a good hours / time tracking input format that is fairly simple and quick. It benefits our architecture office. Tyler G. helped us figure out some bulk commands that were a great time saver. Excellent and responsive customer support.
