I sent my phones and the company confirmed that they were received. It was pretty much as simple as that. I was able to ship the phones at no cost to me, because I was shipping so many to the company. So, the only cost to me was the cost of the gas I used to drive to the post office. And I already have the values I can assign to the various phones I shipped off to the company to recycle/donate to a charity. Easy and satisfying.

I had old cell phones for years that I did not know what to do with. Big Sky guided me through their process so that those cell phones could be put to good use.

They returned emails promptly. Responses to questions were clear, making it easy to get the cell phones ready for shipping. They provided a shipping label, making it so easy to mail the phones.

Their website made it easy to arrange shipping the phones. Also got a follow up email confirming receipt and stating any personal data on the device would be deleted.

It was super easy to follow the website. All instructions were listed correctly. Any question I had was listed and the answers clear. The prepaid label was a real bonus!

It was nice to get rid of the old electronics that were piling up, but it was really great to have them go to a good cause.
