Big Scoots Review — Exceptional Hosting with a Pure Heart! Big Scoots consistently delivers top‑notch service, no matter what your needs may be. I am truly grateful I chose them as my hosting provider after attending the TasteMakers Conference in 2024. I will admit, I hesitated to make the switch after more than a decade with GoDaddy; however, it turned out to be one of the best decisions. With Big Scoots, you receive personal, one‑on‑one assistance without the long waits, endless text links, callbacks, upselling, or unnecessary runaround. And honestly, when they told me how to access my account that I had been locked out of from GoDaddy, and GoDaddy wanted me to pay them additional funds to get back into was a win for me. I love Big Scoots. From day one, they’ve honored their word and exceeded expectations. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care make every interaction a pleasure. I'm a one-person business who needs my technology to work for me, not against me. After poor customer support experiences with another provider, I found BigScoots and switched. That was 7 years ago and I've never looked back. I can reach out to customer support at any time of day (I have) and be guaranteed a speedy answer (nice) by someone who knows what they're doing (essential).

Customer service is excellent. As a solopreneur business owner, customer service is of great importance to me and to my business success.
