We did encounter a one day delivery delay (by a local provider.) I called BigRentz & told them the machine hadn't arrived. The looked into it called me back with updated info & sent and updated contract reflecting the new dates. My experience was good

The entire process from start to finish was easy breezy & the equipment was in great shape. The forklift we rented was scheduled to be rented by another party the day our contract ended. Unfortunately, we didn't tell BigRentz that until the last minute. Nonetheless, the guys at BigRentz were able extend our contract and save the day.
