Dear customer, We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value all feedback at Bigposting.com, as it helps us continuously improve our offerings and client interactions. On May 4, 2023, you entrusted us with an express delivery order. In line with our terms and conditions, we ensured a 24-hour turnaround time, delivering the guest post details, live link, and invoice on May 5, 2023. We always strive to uphold our commitment to timeliness and quality for all our customers. Since the completion of your order, we noticed that the payment for our services has not been made. It's important for us to mention that prompt payment is a part of the agreement when utilizing our services, and it enables us to continue providing our high-quality offerings. We've reached out to you several times via email in an attempt to resolve this matter amicably, but unfortunately, we haven't received any response. Therefore, we feel obliged to inform you (and any potential clients reading this response) that we will have to remove the published guest post or links due to the non-payment issue. While we deeply regret that our professional relationship did not meet your expectations, we respect your decision if you choose not to utilize our services in the future. Nonetheless, we stand firm in our commitment to quality and timely service, as evidenced by the numerous positive reviews we've received from satisfied clients. We encourage all future clients reading this response to experience our services firsthand. Our dedicated team remains committed to providing the best service possible. Thank you for your understanding.
