When I checked out with my order, I was told a confirmation email would be sent, as well as a separate email with a tracking number when my order shipped. I received neither of these promised emails, and was left to wonder if I had been scammed. I eventually did receive my package, but I’m still disappointed in this company. I did appreciate how cheap I was able to get my book, but it really wasn’t any cheaper than another company, such as Amazon. Shipping time was lacking as well, taking up to 2 weeks from the time I placed my order before I received it.
