These are my favorite sausages and I could not imagine sheltering in place without them. I gave a package to my neighbor and she raved about them, so I may need to share more with her. I like to eat them in a stir-fry with peppers, onions and pineapple, as well as with red beans and rice or on their own. So glad I was able to order several packages of them, as my local store is not carrying my favorite flavor.

I have tried all of the various brands of stick that have been presented to me and I have found most of them falling very short on flavor, taste, and packaging. I am so glad that I have now found BIG FORK BRANDS Craft Pork Sticks. They are very favorable, tasty and have great easy to use packaging. I like all of the different sticks but my very favorite one is the Original Craft Pork Stick. I will now never be without some of them to eat. Thank you for your great Pork Sticks

not as much bacon as I wanted

One of your Pork Sticks was included in my Keto Krate boxes and I'd never heard of your company before, so I was intrigued. I LOVE Jerky and meat Sticks, but finding ones with Nutritious, quality meat is a challenge, especially if you're trying to avoid sugars. Being Diabetic means that I cannot have sugar, regardless of whether they're natural like Honey or Maple, or if refined. I then read the ingredients list, because I always do no matter what and it looked great. There are other products that also have good ingredients, have little or no sugar, but their taste is often quite poor or texture is frankly, icky. Meat Sticks or Bars can contain less than appealing hard chunks, be too hard or dry or contain yucky blobs of fat. One particular meat bar product that always has animals on their packages, are very popular and have quality ingredients, but I've yet to eat one that I'll finish, frankly they're awful. So with a little hope and a great deal of trepidation, I opened the meat stick and took a bite. Then I got a HUGE smile and quickly took another bite. It was SO Delicious!!! The flavor was PERFECT and I do NOT use that word lightly. The texture is amazing; no icky bits, no surprise chunks or blobs of fat, just the right amount of chewy, not at all dry, but in no way oily, it was the right amount of soft, but not the least bit mushy, nor was it hard and tooth breaking. I immediately found your website to read up and possibly put in an order. At the time(2months ago) I didn't order anything because we'd just done a long overdue Costco trip and spent more than anticipated. But now we're home every day, like most everyone else in the country and I'd rather support a smaller business with an order, than another trip to Costco for inferior jerky. By the way, it's awesome that you're helping those in need. I hope my little order helps in some small way for you to continue this. God bless you.

It's some of the best jerky I've ever had - love the spicy. The snack sticks are amazing as well. I love thai food and the Green Curry option is addictive. The original flavor snack stick works great for my daughters school lunch/after nap snack (she's 2yrs old) - she often asks for it with a side of blueberries or cheese. The sausages are just bomb as well. The cheddar or bacon and ale are my favorite.

Delicious and healthy! Everyone in my family loves Big Fork sausage, jerky, and snack sticks. The flavors are on point. The sausage is a perfect addition to every meal - breakfast, lunch, & dinner - and the snack sticks & jerky are great for on-the-go. I always keep them in my car and purse in case my toddler or I get hungry.
