It seems to be quick and easy and the fact that it's free makes it even better I really want to be able to sell my product and I think this would be a great way to do it

I've had an excellent experience with Big Cartel. The platform is clean, intuitive, and refreshingly easy to use. Setting up my online store was straightforward, and I was able to get everything up and running quickly without any technical headaches. What I appreciate most is that Big Cartel focuses on what matters—making it simple to showcase products, manage orders, and maintain a professional-looking storefront. The interface is uncluttered, reliable, and perfect for small businesses, artists, and independent creators. Whenever I've needed assistance, customer support has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The platform has been stable and dependable, giving me confidence that my store is always available to customers. If you're looking for an affordable, user-friendly e-commerce platform without unnecessary complexity, I highly recommend Big Cartel. It's been a great solution for my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

So sorry you're having trouble with your order! We don't take care of fulfillment for sellers using Big Cartel for their online shop, so we don't have info on your order. If you'll email us at [email protected] we can help you get in contact with the seller.
A1 Service.
