I love the beautiful Diamond Painting kits they have to offer. I have ordered many kits and am highly satisfied wIth their products. I had one problem with the website when I wasn't able to complete an order. I contacted Customer Service and they responded in a timely manner. I was able to place the order later that day.

I have purchased 9 of these products every one is beautiful. I had an issue with one of my orders and I emailed the company. In 1 day I had a return email and my issue was expedited. My service representative was Helen Tang and she was understanding, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with her and this company. Highly recommend if you are looking for something to unwind and enjoy your finished product. *****

I made a mistake when I made my order and I contacted the company and they helped me out until I got things straightened out. I haven’t had any trouble with my order but I find it takes a long time to get my orders, that’s the only problem I ever had.

I have ordered from this company several times and am completely happy with their prices, quality of products and customer service. They promptly respond to questions/concerns, and when one of the items I ordered was no longer available, they immediately notified me and gave me the option of replacing it with a different item, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for all of your diamond painting supplies.

My original order got lost in shipping but notified me that it was delivered. I contacted them and they said they would resend my order. It was taken care of very quickly. Very good customer service!!

I had a problem on an order & I contacted the company & received quick responses & a satisfactory resolution to my problem! Will definitely order again from the company!

Réponse très rapide et appropriée Ne changez rien merci

The person that assisted me in finding my order went above expectations to finding it for me and sent me the order confirmation, too. The responses were informative and quick, even with the time zone difference. I will be ordering from Big Any Deals again!
