3 months of beautiful changes for my body and mind. I have enjoyed every day of seeing how much my body has changed, how much stronger I have become and how happier I am. Bianca and Kiley have been amazing. Their support has been 100% especially when it comes to supporting out mental heath and even menstrual cycle. I highly recommend doing 3 months with them. I decided to do another 3 months because I have new goals to reach.

I’ve been in this program for over a year, and it has genuinely changed my life. One of my favorite parts is that I never have to think about what to do at the gym. I just open the app and follow my program. The workouts are challenging in the best way, never boring, and I’ve consistently seen changes in my body, mood, energy, and even my sleep. Anytime I have a question, Bianca has an answer. She’s helped me navigate changing goals and all of life’s different seasons with so much knowledge and support. My waist is smaller, my booty is bigger 😍 and people notice. The confidence I’ve built has spilled over into my work and relationships. What amazes me most is that I don’t feel restricted at all. I’m eating so much delicious food while watching my waist shrink. The nutrition plan is enjoyable and sustainable The emotional support and mindset coaching Bianca provides have been just as life-changing as the fitness itself. She truly cares about your overall well-being The app is incredibly easy to use, I genuinely look forward to my workouts, and the entire program is worth every penny. I’ll be staying with it One unexpected gift is that I never have to scramble to “lose 5 pounds” before a vacation or special event anymore. I’m already prepared to look and feel my best because this has become my lifestyle. Investing in myself through this program has changed the way I move through the world. I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re on the fence just do it!! ❤️ 10/10!!

Way too expensive for what it’s worth, was promised a lot that didn’t come true. The plan is not really customized, I asked for accommodations that didn't stay once the next “phase” of training came on and I had to ask for them again. Hiring an in person trainer and nutritionist is a much better choice and would probably be a lot more personalized. Edit: I mentioned in the momentum call that I did not lose weight and that I didn’t feel stronger even after following the program constantly, that it only helped me to eat better so i don’t know where the “only positive feedback” is coming from, Jordan had to fish out a good thing for me to say about it, I was clearly disappointed and I had expressed that to the coach before too. I think the coach did a good job with what they had to work with but it would be disingenuous of me to recommend this program, especially given the price. I don’t think the program is “customized to each individual” since I asked to remove one workout because i got hurt doing it and when the next phase “1.2” came the same workout I asked to remove came up again in two different variations leading me to believe it’s the same workout plan for everyone and if not it’s a bad oversight. Besides after I asked for the workout to be removed again, they only removed one of the variations. Furthermore, I constantly mentioned having to struggle with time management and when I told the coach I hadn’t lost weight the response was to add another workout day taking up more of my time. Eventually the workout time decreased after having to ask about 3 times for it.

This program has been an anchor in my life and has transformed me in more ways than just physical. The constant support and understanding has been such a relief and is something that I always look forward to. When I first joined I was at a low point and was ready to change and I'm so thankful I invested in myself with this fitness program. The support from Coach Kiley is something I've never experienced before. She is incredible and so understanding. She has helped me feel comfortable in what I can do for my body at different stages of my health, fitness, and in life. During times of sickness, she helped me understand that it's ok to listen to your body and work with what you are able to do without feeling guilty about it. Her support and guidance is something that I will forever be thankful for, especially in times of any struggles I've gone through mentally. I'm so grateful to have Kiley as a coach and to be in this program overall! Bianca's weekly calls are another wonderful thing about this program. I consider them therapy sessions and the conversations are always eye opening and motivating. So this program goes beyond fitness. It transforms you in so many ways!

My fitness journey began 20 years ago. Going from program to program, crash diets with no long lasting impacts. I went vegan two years and started following Bianca on instagram. I took the leap and joined the vegan baddie blueprint 9 months ago! I joined with the thought of getting workout and nutrition advice and moving on as I always did… turns out this program changed my entire life! I lost weight and am getting stronger every day! What I didn’t expect was the identity shift that would happen. In just 9 months I have completely shifted my identity, created boundaries, integrated discipline into my life and have created a new me that I always dreamt of but didn’t know how to get there! Bianca and Kiley got me there! With the weekly calls that I look forward to every week, the super flexible meal plans and workout plans Kiley designs to suit each individual has truly been an impact on where I am today. This program is not just a fitness program, but a community of strong women who live busy lives and come together to work on themselves and find their identity. I cannot be more thankful for this program! 💜💜💜

Bianca and Kiley were incredible! What I enjoyed the most is having the accountability and the genuinely care of Kiley checking on my daily and helping me see my progress even when I wasn't able to see it. I recently turn 36 and I felt comfortable in a bikini which is a huge win. Forever grateful. Thank you both! xx
