Good product, sorted out by website zoom issue instantly

I just installed their Lightbox plugin for squarespace, so my gallery images can be enlarged on mobile. Great product and also very helpful technical support that got things setup very swiftly!

I bought the Datepicker for my Squarespace website. After following the instructions to install myself I found it wasnt connecting and functioning fully so I reached out to the Customer Support to find a solution. They kindly suggest I add them as an admin to my site and they proceeded to fix the glitch and now I have a fully functioning Datepicker, I am thrilled! I can easily manage my order calendar myself now, blocking out dates we are closed or busy, I can change the date format and I can set order lead times. There is no confusion on the customers end; they dont have to read any explanation around days or dates, they simply pick an available date on the pop up calendar. Really happy with the Date Picker and with the customer service from Beyondspace.

When a squarespace update made some functionality of my website stop working with the BeyondSpace Lightbox Studio, I contacted support. Niang Lee was quick to provide a custom code snippet that made it all work again. Great and timely customer service.

Really appreciated the prompt professional service. The lightbox plugin completely made my new website look and function so much better with the type not cluttering up the initial page layout. The type now sits in the lightbox discreetly and neatly below the image in the desktop and the mobile view and allows me to have a bit longer descriptions for SEO purposes. The lightbox itself with the well designed and proportioned thumbnails in extended view is a smart, elegant and professional layout . I appreciate the quick response to my question, which immediately solved the issue I was having. Their SquareSpace tools that I use (Lightbox Studio and Ground Control) give me great features for my SquareSpace site. Both the products and now the customer service has helped me put in place things that I want on my website without extensive training. Much appreciated!
