Hi Annah, we appreciate you taking the time to share about your experience with our brand and baby blankets. It absolutely warms our hearts to hear that you loved the baby blankets and would recommend us. We have a $15 flat fee on international shipping with orders of $149.99 and up. Since your order was at a lower price point, we weren't able to offer you that discount. Please know that we try our best to provide the best service and satisfaction to our customers. Thank you for helping us improve.

Hi Aditya, We are glad to hear that you like your blanket. I am sorry to hear about the supply issues you had and we hope you understand the year we have faced. Our product comes all the way from Ecuador and our supply chain and business has been directly affected by the pandemic and as a small buisness we have been working hard to make sure we keep up with our operations ensuring the best service to our customers as possible given the circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and know that we are working every day to serve you better and to deliver quality products. We are confident that next year will be a better year. We appreciate your business and trust. Happy Holidays
