Hi John, not sure we understand this review or if its regarding beycome. We are a direct-to-seller platform, meaning you need to contact the property seller directly. Their contact information is available on our website. As we don’t manage interactions between buyers and sellers, it’s unclear what led to your review. If there’s a specific issue or confusion, we’d be happy to clarify or assist further.

Update: After multiple attempts to contact this reviewer—since we are unable to identify any customer or user with this name—they have not responded to any of our requests via Trustpilot. As a direct-to-consumer (seller) platform, we don’t have any way to add photos to our customers’ listings because we don’t have access to their property. Additionally, we’ve searched our customer database and were unable to locate you. We’ve reached out multiple times through Trustpilot over the past three months requesting more information about your review, but we haven’t received any details that would help us identify any interaction you’ve had with our platform. If you have additional information to share, we’d be happy to assist further.

Update: After multiple attempts to contact this reviewer—since we are unable to identify any customer or user with this name—they have not responded to any of our requests via Trustpilot. Jack, I’m sorry to hear this, that’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide. We’ve tried to locate your account in our system using your ID on truspilot " Jack Chadowitz" but haven’t been able to identify any user under this name. It’s also unusual for data to be lost once submitted, so we’d really like to understand what happened and fix it. Please reach out to us directly via trustpilot or via our website with the email/phone used during signup so we can investigate and assist you right away. We’re here to help.
