I redeemed my winnings about a week ago…
I redeemed my winnings about a week ago and only received a partial payment. This is so frustrating. It still says processing but on the Betty Sweeps website it says allow up to 3 days. It almost been tripled that. I’m not sure if this is a legitimate social casino site. I would love to give a good review but honestly I can’t because of what I’m going through with them. I keep getting the runaround with them saying they are dealing with processing a lot of payments, but what about mine. This is terrible.

Thank you for your feedback, Reginald. We are sorry to hear that your recent redemption has taken more time to be processed compared to previous ones. We trully understand how such cases may be extremely frusturating and dissapointing, considering you have been looking forward to some great prizes. It is our best intention to send out your rewards as quickly as possible, however please note that the review on our end could vary depending on the transaction amounts, quantity and overall work flow. There is an additional processing on your bank's end that may take from zero to up to three days. We will make sure to take your feedback into consideration and we thank you for your support and time!
