I thought I'd read reviews about this device taking ages to arrive, so I wasn't even looking out for it yet, and then it was here - in a week! 'Here' being Australia. Drove to work and home using it today and it was much more convenient than a water bottle for using in the car which was what I wanted it for, and does the same job as ye olde water bottle. Could conceivably be better, I've only used it twice. But I like it! No problems with quality and I like the neck strap and how quiet you can be using it. I feel like I could squish use of this into an already-busy day very regularly and thereby stop going backwards when setting aside time to practise feels challenging to keep up. It does seem expensive for what it is, but I think the convenience will make it worth it.

The voicetrainer is a must for all kind of singing performance. A 3 to 5 minute warm up with this trainer will definitely open up your vocal chords and surprise you with a clear voice. I was sceptical about buying yet another gadget, but I ended up with two of them and I'm glad I did. Now I tell my fellow musicians about the voicetrainer.

I love Better Voice. I’ve been singing for years but Better Voice , along with vocal warmups, is strengthening my vocal cords and training me to hit a higher range without straining. I would recommend it to anyone!

Wow! This little device changed EVERYTHING with my vocal agility and practice. This is entirely different than just working with a straw. In addition, the effects have been SO positive, I bring along Better Voice to my gigs in case I get a head of myself. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased the Vocal Trainer after seeing an ad on FB so I thought I’d try it. After using it sporadically for a month, I decided I preferred sticking with my straw and vocal exercises routines on YT. I found using the device created vibrations in my face that I found annoying and I noticed my once daily routines became less frequent. Also, although the device came with a case and lanyard for more portability, I still found myself avoiding using it. Up to the last day of the return window AND on a weekend, Justin emailed me and honored my request to return the item and told me that I would be refunded. No questions asked. Within about a week or so, their refund confirmation appeared in my email and then a week later the money was in my bank account omitting the initial postage cost. Great customer service with no questions asked.

From the very first time I tried it, I noticed a clear change in my voice—more focused and with a noticeably different tone. I had previously used straws of various sizes, but none of them produced anything close to the effect of the Better Voice Trainer. I now use it every day, and I’m absolutely delighted with the results.

I have very much enjoyed using the better voice vocal trainer. Unfortunately, I broke the chain that came with the device. I emailed the company on Sunday to see if I could buy a replacement. I was delighted to hear from the on Monday - when they offered to send me a free replacement, I received it on Thursday of the same week. I’d call this terrific customer service!
