The facility and front desk staff at the Matthews, NC location was notably better than at other urgent cares I have been to before. The PA I saw was wonderful as well and very helpful. I highly recommend going to BetterMed if you’re ever in need of an urgent care, especially for an injury.

The best urgent care facility I've ever been to. They get you signed in pretty quick, ( it does have a electronic sign in station) once this is done the rest goes pretty quick. The staff is great & service is Good.

We love Better Med Urgent Care. The customer service is great, there is never a long wait, and the staff is knowledgeable. We are always in and out quickly and with the right diagnosis and treatment.
