I got checked in very quickly, paper work was easy because, of the nice hospitality from the front office.

Great experience, Meghan and Sherika along with the front office staff were excellent. The patient care was excellent. However, being in the medical field myself, I feel for how short staffed they were.

I am very impressed with Better Med Urgent Care. The people working at the desks in the front were so kind and friendly, even with it being very crowded due to so many people being there. The medical people were the same way. They were efficient but kind and compassionate. Thank you for a job well done!

The holidays are not a great time to get Flu. But it was so helpful that BetterMed were there.
