The appointment was on time , professional , and helpful. The nurse listened to me carefully. The prescription was quickly called in. If I had not gotten help I may have ended up in the ER. I am grateful for Better Med.

I know that the PA did the best she could with the available information on eye problems. Her diagnosis was wrong but no harm resulted. However, she didn't have the tools and experience of an eye specialist. BetterMed is my preferred provider for urgent visit and this experience does not change that opinion. The staff is professional and helpful.
