Great experience! We did an VA refi and everything from start to finish was smooth and easy. Our loan officer Chuck is the best! He was always communicating with us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. Our loan was completed within 3 weeks and a title company rep came to our home to get our documents signed. I would definitely recommend Better Lending!

Better Lending was fantastic in getting my house refi done in a very short period of time. They even sent a notary to my hospital room to sign all the final documents. Jeffrey Kormanik was over the top with his customer service. Answered any and all questions very quickly and if I called and got his voicemail he called back within 5 minutes. Never had to wait for anything. If there was any issues that arose he was on them before even letting me know. Just excellent overall customer service by Jeffery. I would highly recommend Better Lending for all your home loan needs.
