PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS! I'm an 82 year-old widow, and while trying to refinance my home, met Bertram Lebhar thru Better Lending. This man has been so kind, patient, understanding, and, especially empathetic to me - taking the time to explain things to me over & over again - until I genuinely understood everything as if I had worked in finance my whole life. I'm not talking only about the loan's financials. I'm talking my credit score, the credit scoring algorhythm, why my score is what it is, what I can do to improve it & how I'll benefit. I'm talking where to find the mountain of needed documents or how to get them online. He even dedicated a Saturday night to review my personal budget to help me understand why I was in the position of needing to refinance in the first place, then helped me create a new budget so I don't need his services again in the future. I mean REALLY! What loan officer does that? - I'll tell you one who does ... Bertram Lebhar! BETTER LENDING LLC, ... he is the BEST Loan Officer you'll EVER have! As a Christian woman, I will be praying for Bert & his family for the rest of my life. I've learned so much from Bert throughout this process about debt, the power of interest & the damage it does ... & gained such insight into my own personal spending habits - whether or not my application got approved or not genuinely became unimportant to me. I am pleased to report, however, despite my 513 credit score - it did!
