Hi Matt, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand you may wonder why we ask healthcare practitioners like you to verify information. It’s because healthcare regulations for provider directories mandate provider verification of directory data every 90 days. We reach out to healthcare practitioners like you on behalf of our healthcare payer sponsors to help them and you stay compliant with federal and state requirements. If phone calls aren’t the best method for you, we can also send verification requests by fax or email, and you’ll be able to update your information through our easy‑to‑use online portal instead of by phone. We’re glad to assist with any adjustments to ensure the process works smoothly for your practice. You can email us at [email protected] or call 1‑844‑668‑2543, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CT. For more information regarding the No Surprises Act, and your obligations to verify your practice information every 90 days, please review our No Surprises Act FAQs: https://questanalytics.com/provider-data-accuracy-resource-hub/no-surprises-act-faq/ If you have additional questions about BetterDoctor, please visit our FAQ page: https://questanalytics.com/how-we-help/betterdoctor/betterdoctor-faq/ For more information about who we are and how we help, please visit our website: https://questanalytics.com/how-we-help/betterdoctor/ Sincerely, BetterDoctor Support Team

Hello Christine, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To clarify our process, we will start sending validation requests 30 days before your next attestation due date to allow you enough time to complete your attestations. Once you have validated your data for a particular 90-day period, we will remove you from all scheduled reminders for the remainder of that period. That said, you should not be receiving daily calls, and we’re sorry to hear this has been your experience. We would be more than happy to look into this further and ensure everything is working as intended. Please reach out to our support team so we can investigate and resolve this for you. You can email us at [email protected] or call 1‑844‑668‑2543, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CT. We’re here to help and appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Sincerely, BetterDoctor Support Team
