Better2Know supply an excellent, extremely fast service. My test results were ready on the day after I posted my sample, and I got an email at around 22:00 that evening telling me they were ready. There are a lot of companies out there offering Covid-19 tests, and it is difficult deciding which one to use. Out of all I looked at, Better2Know had the best credentials and background, and I'm glad I chose them. I would use Better2Know again, because the speed of the process was amazing, and it meant I wasn't left fretting for weeks over the result. The result confirmed what I felt was the case, so it put my mind at ease.

Better2Know provides a fast, slick service from booking to results. The customer service over the phone was excellent and I was able to get an appointment with a very nice GP on the same day as enquiring. I felt like I could trust the test and that the service was entirely private/confidential. 10/10 would recommend.

Did covid-19 test. Fast results. Easy to use test. Update 09.05. I noticed a negative comment saying my review was suspicious. I am happy to share any details. I have never felt compelled to write a review for anything before but felt in this time where people wanted a test but were worried about spending money that my review might help someone feel at ease doing so. Rakesh get your facts right before posting negative comments, you probably have never even used the service
